Data we collect. Identification details (name, residence), contact information (email, telephone), and transaction history necessary to provide the service. This information is not shared with unaffiliated third parties; it is transmitted only to regulated prime brokers for the purpose of opening segregated accounts on the client's behalf.
Your rights. Clients retain the right to access, correct, port, or delete their data. Requests should be addressed to [email protected] and are answered within thirty days.
